Consultation Format
All consultations are conducted via **Google Meet** teleconference. Video and or audio only
Before You Book
I am not selling products or making promises of a cure. My goal is to help those who wish to explore homeopathy as a **complementary approach** to improving their health and well-being.
In my experience, lasting improvement through homeopathy depends on identifying the underlying constitutional or deep-acting remedy that best matches the individual. Homeopathy is both a science and an art, and every practitioner approaches each case differently. As with many holistic systems, some conditions require careful analysis and multiple follow-up consultations before meaningful progress can be achieved.
Every individual responds differently, and improvement **cannot be guaranteed** during the first appointment. Successful homeopathic care often requires patience, observation, and ongoing follow-up.
Booking and Payment
– Appointments are by appointment only.
– Payment is required in advance to confirm and reserve your appointment time.
– Consultation hours are limited and are currently available **every other weekend**.

New Clients
All new clients are required to complete the **General Intake Form** available on the website before scheduling an appointment.
Please provide as much detail as possible, as the quality of your case history is an important part of the homeopathic analysis. There is **no charge** to complete the intake form.
Google Meet
Your Google Meet invitation will be emailed to the address you provide a few minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when booking.
Communication
To ensure your case history and treatment recommendations remain organized and secure, please restrict **all routine communication** to text messaging whenever possible. This allows me to review your questions carefully and maintain an accurate record of your care.

The **Premium Chronic State Consultation** includes:

All Premium Chronic State Consultations are conducted remotely. No in-person visit is required.
Insurance & Payment
**Do you accept insurance?**
No. Homeopathic consultations are not billed to health insurance plans.
You are welcome to use an **FSA (Flexible Spending Account)** or **HSA (Health Savings Account)** card if your plan permits. Please verify eligibility with your plan administrator before payment.
Hair Sample Instructions
If a hair sample is requested as part of your consultation, please follow these instructions carefully:
1. Using clean scissors, cut 4 to 10 strands of hair from the person receiving treatment.
2. Ensure the sample is not mixed with anyone else’s hair.
3. Place the hair on a clean sheet of white paper and fold the paper securely.
4. Insert the folded paper into an envelope and seal it.
5. Clearly write the following on the outside of the envelope:

– Date of Birth
6. Mail the envelope to the address provided below.

Teleconsultation Benefits
Teleconsultations are offered for your convenience and to help keep consultation costs affordable. Please treat your appointment with the same importance as an in-person visit.
During Your Consultation
– Please follow the guidance and questions asked by your homeopath throughout the consultation.
– If you have questions during the consultation, write them down and we will address them toward the end of the case-taking session whenever possible.
– There may be brief pauses while I record important information or analyze your case. These moments are a normal part of the consultation.
Preparing Your Environment
To help ensure an effective consultation:
– Sit comfortably in one location throughout the appointment.
– Keep your phone or computer stable and avoid moving around during the consultation.
– Position yourself so your face and hands remain clearly visible to the homeopath whenever possible.
– If you are using your phone for the consultation, please place it on Silent or Do Not Disturb mode to avoid interruptions.
– Choose a quiet, private location where you can speak freely without distractions.
Sharing Your Case
Every detail you provide may be important in understanding your case.
Please:
– Speak openly and honestly.
– Describe your symptoms, feelings, emotions, sensations, and experiences as completely and clearly as possible.
– Say whatever naturally comes to mind, even if it seems unrelated or unimportant.
– If I ask the same question more than once, it is because I am seeking greater clarity or a deeper understanding of your experience.
